Ken is a Physician Assistant and an Allergan Medical Institute (AMI) Trainer, placing him among the top providers of non-surgical treatments like Botox, dermal fillers, and more. His role as an AMI Trainer means he not only masters these procedures but also teaches other medical professionals how to perform them safely and effectively.
Madeline Ortiz, PA-C, is a dedicated Aesthetic Provider based in East Rockaway, NY. Born and raised in Aibonito, Puerto Rico, she began her medical career after graduating from the City College of New York's PA program in 2013. She spent several years working in primary care and dermatology before transitioning into aesthetics in 2019. Since then, she has completed extensive training through Empire Medical, including advanced courses in neurotoxin and dermal fillers, anti-aging medicine, sclerotherapy, and laser treatments. Madeline has also pursued advanced hands-on training with top industry leaders, including Allergan, Merz, and private instructors, further deepening her expertise in aesthetic medicine.
Brittany is a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in aesthetic treatments. She brings a compassionate touch and a keen eye for natural-looking Medical Spa results to every procedure. Her personalized approach ensures patients feel confident and cared for every step of the way.

With a background in the beauty industry and makeup artistry, her passion took a new direction when she joined MarottaMD in 2020. Starting at the front desk, she quickly became inspired by the hands-on care provided to patients and realized her true calling was in the treatment room. Today, she is motivated by the ever-evolving skincare industry and finds fulfillment in helping patients not only improve their skin but also boost their confidence.
