Kenneth J. Ruiz, PA-C is a board-certified physician associate with a passion for using his surgical experience and keen aesthetic eye to deliver life-enhancing treatment results. He earned his degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Touro College and trained at some of New York’s most prestigious medical institutions, including NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, NYU Langone, and St. Francis Hospital. During this time, he developed an intimate knowledge of anatomy, assessment, and technical precision through years of clinical experience and first-assisting in surgical cases.

PA Ken specializes in advanced aesthetic treatments with a focus on cosmetic injectables that offer natural, artistic results that enhance facial balance and restore youthful harmony. Guided by the philosophy that “injectables don’t need to be loud,” his approach emphasizes subtle refinements—softening transitions, reducing shadows, restoring structure, and improving symmetry—to create refreshed, cohesive, and beautifully understated outcomes.

Widely respected in the aesthetics community, PA Ken serves as a national trainer for the Allergan Medical Institute®, where he advances clinical excellence by educating fellow providers through hands-on training and evidence-based aesthetic techniques.

Madeline Ortiz, PA-C, is a dedicated Aesthetic Provider based in East Rockaway, NY. Born and raised in Aibonito, Puerto Rico, she began her medical career after graduating from the City College of New York's PA program in 2013. She spent several years working in primary care and dermatology before transitioning into aesthetics in 2019. Since then, she has completed extensive training through Empire Medical, including advanced courses in neurotoxin and dermal fillers, anti-aging medicine, sclerotherapy, and laser treatments. Madeline has also pursued advanced hands-on training with top industry leaders, including Allergan, Merz, and private instructors, further deepening her expertise in aesthetic medicine.

Madeline brings both warmth and precision to her work. She was drawn to the field of aesthetic medicine because it allows her to tap into her creativity while making a meaningful difference in her patients' lives. Today, she’s known for her meticulous approach and genuine passion for helping people look and feel their best—especially when it comes to her favorite service: lip filler. Whether preparing patients for milestone events like weddings or simply boosting their everyday confidence, she loves being part of their life journeys.

Madeline is inspired daily by the joy of her patients and the support of her family, including her husband, who serves in the NYPD, and their three beloved fur babies. Outside of the treatment room, she enjoys shopping and spending time near the water in her scenic hometown. A favorite quote of hers—“Beauty is power; a smile is its sword” by John Ray—beautifully reflects her belief in the confidence that aesthetic care can bring. Madeline is also passionate about her craft and draws inspiration from texts like "Anatomy of Facial Expression", further grounding her expertise in both science and artistry.

Brittany is a Registered Nurse and Aesthetic Provider with a passion for helping people look and feel their best. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Brittany's journey led her to the serene shores of Northport, Long Island, where she currently resides. Northport holds a special place in Brittany's heart, with its picturesque beauty, where she finds joy in exploring the beaches and charming village streets.

Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact, Brittany found her calling in the field of aesthetics. She's inspired to continually enhance her skills in this dynamic industry, always striving to stay abreast of the latest advancements. Whether it's through laser treatments or injectables, Brittany finds fulfillment in guiding her clients on their journey to self-assurance.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Brittany cherishes moments with her family. Married for five years, she's also the proud mother of a nine-month-old baby girl. Their furry companion, a toy Yorkie, rounds out the family and adds joy and laughter to their home. In her downtime, Brittany unwinds by indulging in her creative side through painting, and by taking walks with her daughter.

Janet is a medical aesthetician driven by the idea that when people look good, they feel good. She loves hearing from patients that they are getting compliments on their skin because she knows that she has provided them with results that have boosted their confidence and overall happiness. Janet’s favorite treatments are those that promote collagen, such as microneedling, RF microneedling, and non-ablative laser skin treatments, because of the natural rejuvenation that these therapies provide.

Janet loves working in her garden, reading fiction novels, crafting, and repurposing vintage and antique items in her spare time. One of her dreams is to participate in the reality TV competition, Flea Market Flip. Janet is happily married to her husband Andy, and together they have two children, Aaron and Devon Ann. Their family also includes an adorably fluffy and spunky Shih Tzu Lhasa Apso mix named Chewy.

Driven by her own struggles with cystic acne in her mid-twenties, Melissa developed a deep interest in skincare after facing challenges with dermatological treatments and products. With a background in the beauty industry and makeup artistry, her passion shifted in 2020 when she joined MarottaMD. While working at the front desk, she had the opportunity to observe and shadow various procedures, which confirmed her desire to be in the treatment room, directly caring for patients.

Today, Melissa is inspired by the constant innovation within the beauty and skincare industry, where new modalities and products are always emerging. She finds the greatest fulfillment in helping patients not only improve their skin but also boost their self-esteem. Her favorite treatments to perform include DiamondGlow, Microneedling, Genius RF, and VI Peels—services that allow her to make a visible and lasting difference in her patients’ lives.
